Services

BOOKKEEPING

We create financial transactions and financial reports from the sources documents including bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, expenses receipts and contracts. Manual journal adjustments, such as accrual and depreciations, are posted to ensure the financial reports are complete.

PAYROLL

We calculate the monthly payroll and Mandatory Provident Fund (compulsory retirement fund in Hong Kong) for individual employees. It is important that Severance Payment and Long Service Payment are calculated correctly for the respective employees.

We are familiar with the calculation and requirements of the respective employment ordinance, Cap. 57.

Inventory management

Good inventory management requires timely control and record on the stocks held by the business. Regular stocktake should be performed. We are more than happy to help clients set up and maintain cloud-based inventory system, or inventory records by traditional method, i.e. excel.

Tax planning, computation and filing

We are experienced in tax planning, computation and filing for both businesses for profits tax, and individuals for salaries tax.

Distance Business Programme (“D-Biz Programme”)

Overview and Objectives

Remote working or service has become a new trend against the backdrop of the epidemic. Under the Anti-Epidemic Fund, the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) has launched the Distance Business Programme (“D-Biz Programme”) to support enterprises to continue their business and services during the epidemic, the D-Biz Programme provides funding support through fast-track processing for enterprises to adopt IT solutions for developing distance business. The Hong Kong Productivity Council is the Secretariat of the D-Biz Programme.

For each IT solution and the relevant training expenses for the employees, the funding ceiling is HK$100,000 (with funding for the relevant training expenses capped at 10 per cent of the IT solution cost). Each enterprise may receive total funding of up to HK$300,000 to undertake a project to be completed within six months.

An enterprise will be disbursed a payment of 30% of the funding amount after the application has been approved. Upon completion of the project and after the supporting documents are accepted, the remaining funding amount will be disbursed to the enterprise.
